Iredell County Public Library to Host Local Author Fair

Local readers and aspiring writers will have the opportunity to meet regional authors and discover new books at Write Local: Iredell Author Fair on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The event will take place from 1-4 p.m. at the Statesville branch library, located at 201 N. Tradd Street. 

This free author fair will feature a diverse lineup of local authors spanning multiple genres, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and children’s books. Attendees can chat with writers about their work, learn about the writing and publishing process, and purchase signed copies of books directly from the creators.
